Choose what goes in your calendar. Only matching events are added, and your calendar app keeps them up to date.
- Apple Calendar (Mac, iPhone, iPad): the first button opens Calendar and asks you to confirm. Pick how often it refreshes there.
- Google Calendar: the second button opens Google's “Add calendar” prompt. You can also paste the URL under Other calendars → From URL.
- Outlook: copy the URL and paste it under Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
- How updates arrive: this site rechecks Yale's calendars about every 4 hours, and your app fetches the feed on its own schedule. Apple Calendar and Outlook usually catch up within a few hours; Google Calendar can take up to a day. New, changed and cancelled events all come through, so you never need to resubscribe.
Your choices are saved in the link, but not the dates, so the calendar keeps rolling forward. A one-time .ics download is a snapshot that won't update.
